Day 199, cocktail 194

I decided to stay with the “Buck” theme for tonight’s cocktail.  I found this recipe on the CocktailDB and I enjoyed it, and hope you will too.

  Buckaroo

  • 1-1/2 oz bourbon
  • 2 dashes Agnosturo bitters
  • cola

Fill a collins glass with ice.  Add the bourbon and the Agnosturo bitters.  Top with cola.

This is a twist on the good ‘ol bourbon and coke, of which I’ve had thousands over my lifetime.  The Agnosturo adds a new dimension to this old favorite of mine and it is really quite tasty — kinda’ like adding Tabasco to your eggs, it really wakes up the drink.  Give it a try and let me know what you think!
